We aim to send out your order within 1 working day of receipt. Please be aware that at busy times it may take slightly longer.

The Next Day Special Delivery option is available to mainland UK including Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey. Orders must be placed by 12 noon for next day delivery. Orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday will be posted on Monday morning.)

Please make sure you give us an address where someone will be able to sign for it.

Delivery Outside the UK

We are now pleased to be able to offer deliveries anywhere in the world. Simply place your order in the basket, and the postage will be automatically calculated at the checkout.

Gift Wrapping

If you'd like your gift wrapped we can do that for you at no extra charge with lashings of dark green or fuschia tissue paper and finished off with our signature stickers. 

We'll also include a handwritten message on one of our cards if you'd like your gift posted direct to the recipient.

Please note that if you do not provide the relevant information delivery of your order may be delayed.

Packaging

We aim to use recycled and sustainable packaging as much as possible, and although we continue to search for eco friendly and economical alternatives, we want to avoid passing extra costs on to you. So you may find the box or packing materials your gift comes in has been used before.  (This does not apply to wrapping.) Please do become part of the process and recycle as much of it as you can!

Returns

We take the utmost care when photographing and describing our products, but due to the fact that most of them are handmade, and often from natural or recycled materials, please be aware that there are occasionally very slight variations in size, colour and detailing.

We do hope you love your purchase. If however you are not happy with it for any reason, you can return it to us within 14 days for an exchange or refund.   To return an item, please follow the instructions below:

1. Contact us at info@boutiko.co.uk or on 0844 884 8511 to let us know you are returning it, if possible stating the reason for the return.

2. Repack the item in the original packaging, and return it to us at:

The cost of returning items is borne by you. We strongly advise you to obtain a certificate of posting, which is available free at the Post Office.

Please note that we cannot accept earrings, or items that have been used or worn.

Sale items are non refundable.

Faulty Goods: If goods are faulty or arrive damaged, we will refund the full cost including postage. Otherwise we will refund only the cost of the purchase.

Refunds to credit or debit cards can only be made to the card originally used for the purchase.
